30 Apr Alison and Matthew Tie-the-Knot HH Style!
Alison had to be one of the sweetest brides I have EVER worked with! She gave me some inspiration and wanted to be surprised on her wedding day! I fell in love with her color scheme of ivory, peach and tiffany blue. I knew that every detail of this wedding would come together with the help of the awesome M.Elizabeth team!
Alison carried a hand tied bouquet of soft and romantic blooms, including roses, garden roses, ranunculus, and many more. Her groom complemented her by wearing a bout of freesia and peach hypericum berry. I mean, don’t you just LOVE that bow tie?!?
Bridesmaids carried a bit more color in their bouquets. Full of texture and color, the just popped off of these dresses!
Children’s Harbor chapel was so quaint! We designed a large, focal arrangement as the vow backdrop as well as some complementary pew markers tied with peach ribbon.
Guests were greeted at the entrance of the reception with a floral filled garland that went all the way around the double doors. Hand-painted directional signs led them there.
Centerpieces were in mixed gold containers and had a very full, Southern charm feeling to them. The head table chairs were accented with a peach tie and a hint of floral. It is details like this that are just the icing on the cake!
A bit of natural elements were brought in by including some wood slices on the tabletops along with unique table runners.
The dessert display was atop a hand-painted wooden plank table. Mixed Cake plateaus and floral accents made the table display even more appealing – if that’s possible!
Congratulations to Alison and Matthew on a happy, healthy future together!
Special thanks to M. Elizabeth for stellar planning and execution.
